For the first time since I started Medifast, I weighed in more than the time before. I “gained” .8 pounds.
I’m not too worried because it could be water weight or I was wearing heavier clothes or maybe my lifting is causing me to gain some muscle weight. I’ve had a couple of times when I weighed exactly the same or just a ounce or two lower and I continued to lose the next time.
It does make me wonder if all the extra veggie portions I’ve eaten are working against me. I can’t imagine that 3 extra celery stalks would have an effect but still…
