Latest Medifast review – My BMI is now under 40 and I have left the ranks of the morbidly obese! In addition, I learned that I’ve lost over 5 pounds this week for a total loss of over 39 pounds on Medifast in just under two months.
Cool.
I’m not surprised after stalling last week that I had a good week. I’ve been walking every day and doing some more intense exercise. There is no question that my clothes are getting looser so I felt pretty confident the scale would follow. It did.
My next goal is to get my BMI under 30 and leave the ranks of obese and join the overweight category. We’ll see how long that takes.
